On the other hand, there are player who love this game and take the time to offer constructive criticism here on the official forums - which is something I both appreciate and respect.

Having done all levels of customer service, from the absolute front line of trinket marketing to being a multi-center director, let me assure you that people complain about anything and everything. My absolute favorite is when people would take keychain type items and complain that the free items used to be better. No one ever once complained and left it behind. A friendly cheerful no thank you was a frequent occurrence from people without complaints.0 -

Depends on where in the real world you live.. I know for a fact if i complain in the shops near me things change.. Big time change because if not people stop using them.
