How does Princely Dawnlight Palace compare to Topal Grand Hideaway, spacewise?

I'm trying to better educate my guesses on how much it will cost based on past crown store properties.

TonyRockaroni✭✭✭✭✭Grand Topal Hideaway may not have a huge manor, but it's an ENTIRE ISLAND. So I would say that Princely Dawnlight Palace would NOT cost that much. But do believe it's better than Linchal Grand Manor. So if I had to guess, would wager it would cost either the same as Linchal Grand Manor, or between Linchal Grand Manor and Grand Topal Hideaway.
