I bought a Clothing Station from the Crown Store and I was wondering how do I get it attuned so that I can craft an actual set there?

Is what I am asking even possible, and if so, how do I do it?

    You can't attune those. Attunable crafting stations are sold by the writ voucher guy for 200 vouchers a piece.
