I can access the game through Steam.

I obviously have access to the forums, as I am posting this.

I can login to my account at elderscrolls.com and have full access to account details and management.

When I click on the 'Support' tab, I am no longer logged in and it will not accept my login. Does this have a sperate account?

Any links to "Recover Account" takes me into my web account, which I am already logged into.

*Update - After changing my password again, I still could not log into support at first. But after the third attempt, it finally popped up a requester for a new device code from email.
