Last time we had a crate event I got 3 crates and one of my items was the Senche Leopard mount! My RNG is terrible so that was a huge win for me!

WotC released the game as either part of a box set or booster packs. Box sets were different, depending on what color you played as. Booster packs were unknowns, and these helped bolster the starter box set.

One thing I was always guaranteed with a booster pack was at least 1 uncommon and 1 rare.

I got my 6 crates today, and "Unlocked" them with the only Khajiit in the ES franchise I want to kill on sight.

My first pack of cards netted me: 3 cards of potions and an emote.

What struck me was how the cards were colored, with "gold" being the "rare", and the "emote" was the "rare" in this.

The second container netted me a rare of "Stamina training" for my mount. ONE day's worth. This is considered rare? 250g isn't anything I'd call "break the bank" in price.

The third and forth crates unlocked me, as a rare, 1 scroll each of 150% exp for 30 minutes. Allow me to contain my excitement. *clears throat.

My 5th container had, by all accounts, an actual rare item, which was a full motif of the Dro'mAthra motif. Not a page. The entire book.

The last container netted me yet another "emote" as a rare, and along with the first, will stay in my collections unused.

Oh, and speaking of collections, I did also get one of the fugliest head pieces and mask I've ever seen. Is this really in the game? I can see why no one wears it. I don't recall the name of it but it looks like a red towel wrapped around an ugly mutant turtle mask.

I will say I do greatly appreciate the motif, despite having quite a few pages in my bank due to the anniversary event. I guess I can sell those now, so I'll earn about 20k selling all 4.

All I can say about this event is: at least the crates were free.

I don't even want to think of the stupid amount of money people wasted on this system which offers a SINGLE day of stamina training for a mount and calls it a "rare" offer.

fyi, WotC later decided to cheapen the guaranteed rares by adding a 'mythic rare' rank. and only 1 in 8 pack has a mythic rare in it.
