Magicka Warden DPS Help

Hello! I have been playing a healer for most of my time in ESO, and I am trying to get a DPS build together to switch things up. But my DPS sucks. I know warden (especially magicka) is behind other classes in damage output, but I know I can do better. Please help!
My build right now: 5 piece Necropotence, 4 piece Martial Knowledge, and 2 piece Valkyn Skoria. My CPs are primarily healing oriented, mostly in Blessed and Elfborn. My rotation has been maintaining Blockade of Storms, Winter's Revenge, and Fletcher Infection, then weaving my pigeon until they end. My goal is to get to the ~20-25k range consistently so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

✭Until Summerset goes live, i would forgo a 2 piece monster set so that you can have 2x 5 Piece sets active. (unless you have 4 Infallible or Moondancer)
for now you can go, 5 Necro (3 Jewellery, 2 body) and then 5 Acuity/ Julianos (4 body, 1 inferno staff) and 1 Kena, Ilambris, Grothdarr.
But backbar is pretty average, Blockade, winters revenge , Dampen Magic, Blue Betty and Inner Light. Northern strom or bear
front bar can be, Screaming cliff racer, infection, deep fissure, lotus blossom, inner light . Destro Ulti or bear.
then you can simply buff up and go, blockade, winters, netch, bar swap. fissure, infection, pigeon, pigeon, fissure bar swap into a heavy and repeat.Edited by LeHarrt91 on May 3, 2018 4:00AMPS NA

✭Oh and if you go for the bear, you will need to swap Pigeon for Forse Pulse to get the 8% damage from Destro passivePS NA

Followup questions-
1. Why destro staff ultimate instead of mage guild?
2. If I were to run bear and force pulse, would I want an asylum staff instead of the 1pc monster helm?

The destro ultimate is because if your not using the bear and force pulse you need a destro skill on your bar to get the 8% damage bonus from the passive ancient knowledge I think. Also destro ultimate has better AoE Damage.
If you have an asylum staff yes, perfected is better but harder to get.PS NA
