Skill Changer Add-On

Hello,
I'm currently using Iakoni's Skill Changer but I found it bugging out in combat. It randomly swaps skill sets and playing a warden, having a bear on one and WW form in another is very annoying when I lose the bear in combat.
Is there an Add-On similar to this one?
Edit: After testing others it seems all have the same problem, so this must be game related. This way we at least know of more alternatives to skill set swapping.
