Unfathomable Darkness crits?

While making a new Stamblade, I was using Unfathomable Darkness just as a place holder set until i finished leveling Fighters Guild and Dawnbreaker. After a while I noticed that the proc from Unfathomable Darkness was actually critting. So i decided to test it further and would only light attack an enemy until the crows proc and then watch to see if they would crit and sure enough they did. Repeatably. I'm not sure if this is a bug or is intended.

- Bring back purge cloak. But I guess the new heal cloak is more beneficial. Hmmm....
- MAKE IMPERIAL CITY GREAT AGAIN, BRING BACK THOSE INCREDIBLE DAYS. My best experiences in ESO where in there!
- Return Stam builds to the power we held in One Tamriel. Long Live Stamina builds!
- Put Magplar and MagDK into their place. Magpsorc is a hopeless case.
- Is there any chance that we could get an Ebonheart Pact nerf? #CullingTheHerds .

look OP, see what you did...when it comes to nerfs - zos is all over that ***...less than five hours from the time this thread went up and the set gets the chance for crit cut out of its heart...

I'll still run it 'cause birds peckin' enemies is a great visual...
I had it on one of my vamps for a while, and, that proccing along with the bat swarm ult was awesome...stuff flying around everywhere...
I had high hopes for the defiler/infector set, but, just doesn't seem to work well enough to warrant it's use just to get the hunger animation...

Skullstachio✭✭✭✭✭You folks do remember an old patch that made it so that Proc sets such as Selene, Zaan, Mad tinkerer & other such proc sets unable to crit in any way.
(Sometimes I reckon Mechanical Acuity should be counted as an exception to allowing proc sets to crit.)If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

Which is really sad as set was not OP in any way. I propagated this set on forum because of crits as rarely anybody knew it. Well, 5th bonus is going to be PvP only then.It no longer crits on Summerset PTS

The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.0 -

try coupling unfathomable darkness with the defiler set.... the hunger from defiler procs on crit damage. it's fun to watch.1
