Idea for a new support set

"The Eternal Supporter" is a ZOS specific 5-piece set of armor, only found in the "Customer Trial" in a yet undisclosed location. It cannot be crafted or bought but has to be earned by an inbuilt achievement system. The set purely consists of heavy armor to grant maximum protection against all kinds of customer flak. It grants the following bonuses:
(2) +1058 Availability
(3) +129 Ticket Speed
(3) Gain Major Support at all times, doubling the allowance of open tickets.
(4) +1058 Availability
(5) +129 Ticket Speed
(5) Upon receiving a bug report or ticket you have a 10% chance of creating a direct line to the initiator, resulting in a 50% ticket speed bonus for ten minutes. The line can only be broken by a Minor or Major Disconnect debuff.
