Yep, just came here to see if anyone else experienced this. I am currently in the Anchor room with the Prophet & I usually loot all the containers that are full prior to picking up the Skyshard. EVERY SINGLE container is empty; I am not in a group nor is there anyone else in this instance with me. This is usually where the recipes are to be found so I'm a little saddened by this - bags are full of items to cook, but no knowledge of how to cook them at this point.

May be related with the banks being emptied of items? If so then the problems seem to be even worse than I was thinking.

If you have auto loot turned on it will say empty but if you check your inventory you will see the items are there.

I experienced this myself in the final room. The other rooms of coldharbor offered loot. But with that said, the spoils really not something I missed. At release I came out with a crap load of worms (for fishing), some lockpicks (not very many) and a gazillion of the same provision mats (not that I had a recipe to do anything with them).

No armor or weapon upgrades. No style crafting manuals. No provision manuals like we could get in BETA.

Frankly, I don't think anybody is missing out on anything from Coldharbor (at least now). All those containers do is entice you into staying there longer searching for the gem in the garbage loot that you probably can't get anyway.

Yeah there's been some odd stuff happening to some according to forums/threads elsewhere. People finding bank empty, or changed in size, or someone else's bank. My gut feeling is they are actually always finding someone else's bank when this happens. Often at the same time they get someone else's mail, and can detach items etc. There is stuff here and on Reddit about it. Hard to know how widespread it is, but it wouldn't surprise me if this downtime related to it, as it's better for an MMO to be down than to have it's mail/banks swapped around randomly!

I thought I had worked around this bug (every container you mouseover says it's empty) by creating a new character and looting stuff on them. My main was then able to encounter barrels/crates/etc and loot. I got disconnected this morning when my power went out and when I logged back in every container is now flagged as empty, even in areas I haven't explored previously.

I wasn't able to fix it by switching to another character and looting with them. Relogging multiple times to enter a different phase hasn't worked either.

I will note that I've caught the CE bank bug where purchased bank slots got reset and all pre-order bonus IG mails got resent. I'm not sure if the issues are related though.
