Steps needed to improve the Trader System

The current system is in need of change, threads in other areas remain at polar ends. I have what I posted within a thread, but is buried deep in what I hope is a good compromise. It allows for a small convenience update without making one global AH.
Guild Traders remain unchanged but each zone would have added a NPC Zone Trader added that consolidates the guild traders of that zone. A player would gain the benefit of searching one Zone Trader in a zone for all items listed in that zone. In order for this to work a few things need to be done for this special zone trader.
1) API blocked - No addons would be able to bring them into a single addon search. Is meant to be used in game as is.
2) A Surcharge for a purchase added on top of current charges. Players and guild still would get their due cuts just like if sold solely on their guild trader. The Surcharge removes the gold from the game and is not split with any seller or sellers guild. Say around 2.5% to 5% of the selling price, ZOS would determine at what amount they deem right to add this service.
3) This system would also not list the sellers name nor the guild trader it is on. You either purchase it or go locate is on your own. You at least know at that instant it was located within that zone for sell.
4) Optionally 5 slots could be granted to to each PC to list on any zone trader. This would be a total of 5 slots not 5 for each zone. Is meant to still encourage joining a guild but still gives an option to every player to be able to sell to other players. You would still pay all the fees as well, just the extra amount that would have gone to a guild is removed from the game. Thus ZOS has a incentive to add this feature.
5) Add a search with keyword capability to all traders, limited to what selling pool that trader handles. i.e., a guild trader only gives items from that guild but a zone trader would list make all items listed in a zone searchable. Remember that I have proposed that no seller name or guild trader name be listed on zone traders, so no need to have it within the search perimeters.
No one system is absolutely perfect. I do think this is a good compromise, something that has always been missing in these threads. You would pay for the convenience and there is a measure to give a added incentive to ZOS for making these changes. It keeps from one central AH. With each new zone added it brings about 8 new traders so this might help to keep all traders relevant in capability to sell.
I do favor option 4 in adding a small capability to all players to have limited selling power to other players. I do see a need to keep a greater capacity as a guild benefit.

schattenkind✭✭✭I disagree.
The trading lives from the fact, that you have to go around all places and not just using centralized (even zone) traders. With that everyone has at least a chance to get good buys as it takes time to travel and run around and you cant check all traders at once.
If you could, players with enough cash and playing at times with low player load would just take all good buys at once and everyone coming after would get less or nothing. This surely is an exaggerated statement, but it would make the situation worse for people who dont play that much as others and rely on geting good buys to make money at all.
FYI, players who are good in trading dont need any addons to know when to buy stuff and when not, they see the price and know exactly what to do. So with not allowing any addon to cover the zone-trader (or any centralized auction house etc) you would only make it even worse for those who are not good in trading.
Edit: The only thing I would change about that is, that you should be able to access the guild store from a stationary banker in homes (not on the fly, only in your house)Edited by schattenkind on May 1, 2018 9:44AMPC - EU

This is part of ZOS's attitude that I don't get, they continue to insist that addons can fix what they should provide but console customers do not have that same option as their PC counterparts. Addons should not be treated as the crutch that they the are. There are a number of small fixes that should be done.
Native server keyword search of the Guild/Trader Stores.
Guild management of membership Blacklist.
Increased space for about Guild section.
Guild Event Calendar
Include which Guild an item was sold or returned from in the delivery mail.
Mass Guild Mail for Guild Officers.
Combat Pet Dismiss Hotkey Option
Auto Store Combat Pets/ Assistants when accessing a Trader, Bank, Merchant, Craft Station or Writ Turn In. (Absolutely no need to have them out, they just eat additional resources and block access in congested areas.)
