Glowing effects around players?

I remember the orbs were from a armor set I think but I swear I saw someone with butterflies or something following them around (they didn't look like the moth pet you can get). Is there a armor set that gives this effect or was I just going crazy this morning. The player ran off before I could ask them >.<

Worm's Raiment
Hircine's Veneer
Ebon Armory
The butterflies you see on a few players is an effect from a prior nature-themed crown crate season ... it's not an active effect from a 5-piece gear set unfortunately.
Here is a pic below of my Stam DK with a full 5-piece set of Ebon Armory.
