Nerf: Cloak, for invisibility it does WAY too much. If someone I couldn't see was in front of me, or I threw something at them, it wouldn't magically disappear. Nor would someone stabbing/setting me alight, and me not being visable by them stop the bleeding/burning. Attacks on/going to a target should still hit, just not reveal. And as such, mark/detect pots would be player only and curse/POTL wouldn't reveal, so a buff for cloak too.
Buff: Wings. Pathetic. Every other defense is better, cloak outshines it by ∞. Streak protects you from more damage by getting you out of melee range and giving a stun, purge removes 5 effects and heals, shimmering absorbs 3, costs 1/8th and gives major heroism. Wings reflects 4 *** projectiles for some extra damage. Trash.
Buff: Sun shield, weak health based shield with trash damage. Make it give 10% miss chance (not evasion, unique on target) and up the damage. Every other shield outdoes it.
Buff: Surge. Remove the cooldown, make it scale with damage done. Introduce another mechanics to limit heals, such as an AoE cap, magicka drain for healing or max hps.
