I have been with ESO off and on since the beginning Feb 2014. I'm confused with summerset as to what is new. the graphics are great, the fighting is as always, but I find myself bored. there is no urgency, no great evil to conquer, just new questing, same old, same old. I put myself (dps) in for a dungeon, "pug" but never invited. wow, new jewel crafting, so what,
what am I missing that I should care about what happens at Summerset.

I'm excited for 2 handed weapons to count for 2 set pieces, since it means my stamwarden can wear a monster helm in PVP.
I'm excited for the new defensive tick system for keep superstructures. Now I dont have to stand around and hope the tick comes any minute now...
The new daily random Battlegrounds might actually tempt me into BGs again.
And because, yes, I'm one of the people who likes fishing in ESO, I'm excited that the Maomer Motif is going to drop from fishing in Summerset. I didn't need an excuse to go for Master Angler on another character, but now I have one.1 -
