Problem with the psijic skill

I have created a new character in the pts. I have advanced in the main story up to the quest "necesary alliance".

Within the psijic I find myself in the psijic's calling where he asks me to pick up the psijic map. In the place where it is marked, there is nothing. In my skills does not appear psijic and in quest items I have 9 psijic seals, but I have no way to use them.

I do not know if I do not know what to do or if it is a mistake in the game. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

You also need to retrieve the Auger. That should be your quest objective. It's in a delve.

The Psijic's Map of Summerset location marker is not shown correctly when you're inside the Artaeum Ceporah Tower.
It is on the table where Josajeh lingers around (south-west room).
