Workaround for Submit Feedback hangs

When it's hung on "Submitting Ticket", if I hit escape, then teleport to a different zone while still logged in (logging out and back in doesn't work), I get an alert that the ticket was submitted.
So it's like maybe bug reporting goes down for an entire zone instance, and relogging doesn't help because you're placed back into the same broken instance, but changing to a new instance fix it.

Mudcrabber✭✭✭✭I also get long load screens in zones where this has happened to me, so I'm guessing the two are related, and solving their submit hangs will solve one of their load screen bugs.
But then I've only gotten the submit hangs in PTS.1
