Well, I have one little problem with this side quest:
The Ghost of the Green respawns quick as heck.
I leveled up to four after defeating him, so was sitting there looking at skill morphs...and he respawns...I kill him...get just as much exp as the first time as it was an "event" exp gain and not a mob killing one.
I use ins:Mobs2Level to keep track of what mobs to kill to not power level...but grind experience in a better fashion. OK, power leveling. *snicker*
Anyways, I don't know what the loot drop percentage would be for killing the same mob over and over. But that would be a massive way to gain exp by exploiting a quick respawn such as that.
I need to verify this upon another character though.
@Aliyavana it's the area in the middle of Summerset, and you can pick up the quest from the mer complaining about wine or one of the people standing around the corpse in town.
I have a different complaint; namely that the original Ghost of the Green was supposed to have struck at someone who'd been horrid to Bosmer laborers...seventeen years ago before the Queen's decree went out. I can see the oddball shipwreck survivor getting an OK to live in Summerset before then but the number of people required to run a vineyard like that? If that's the amount of people they were letting in beforehand why bother opening the borders at all?
