Ok, has anyone checked this:
"Combustion: This passive ability now also restores 250/500 Magicka or Stamina to you when you apply the Burning or Poisoned status effects to an enemy. These effects can occur once every 5 seconds."
Does it restore when you "apply" a burning or poison or does the skill have to "proc", then you get the restore? Not sure if that makes sense but yea thinking that applying and procc'ing are 2 different things. I could be way so curious as to how its working?

Well there really isnt ambiguity with how it works..Either you apply burning or you dont. Technically there are sources that guarantee the status application and there are sources that have a chance to proc an effect that applies the status.
Regarding the passive here, no matter what way you apply the status effect, whenever you do you gain the resources (within the CD ofc). Procc'ing has nothing to do with passive.Edited by exeeter702 on April 28, 2018 6:48PM1
