In Jerall Mountains Logging Track (location in a part of Dark Brotherhood questline), some plants have glowing outlines, just as what you can see from furniture while you are placing it in your home.

Hmm, I'll need to look uirther into it this afternoon when I get to play again.
I definitely saw them like that when not sneaking, though. Even in combat or gathering resource nodes.
Maybe it's part of the quest? But I didn't remember that happening before. They also didn't seem to make a line... but maybe it was just late and I was too tired to see it.
