Hi I seem to still have access to my old forum account for elder scrolls online from when i played a few years ago, I recently tried to play elder scrolls online again but it seems i cannot log into my account and when I try to recover it seems my name doesn't match my email account anymore, Somehow my account has been compromised I'm assuming since last time playing? What steps do I need to take to recover my account. I have submitted a ticket a few days ago but still no response. Id really love to recover my account and play again.
