Is there a cut-off period to Sub in order to attain the Free Crown Crates for the bonus event?

Really? I subbed just before the even I think. Beginning of April. and was on every single day. When do these crates appear?1 -

The event starts tomorrow. You'll get any earned crates by May 16th.

Ah, a new event. Well, I was already gonna be on every day so bonus. Normally don't care about mounts, but a couple of those look good. Shadow Senche for my NB and Galvanic for my Sorc.0

That's for the free crate events. The OP is talking about the crates given to ESO+ members who log on during the free ESO + event coming up.1 -

✭Reading the news linked above (thanks for that), I see I'm going to get 6 Crown Crates for free.
Can we sell these? Probably not.
I will not get my expectations up, as I just get this sneaky suspicion any "random" bases during this free event are either turned off or just reduced by 99%.
Either way, I can at least break down the potions, earn more Foney Munny™ and wait 365 days for 6 more and maybe get enough to buy a push broom.
