I just replaced my laptop and tried to install thee game and got the error "Multiple launches of this installer not allowed. It will now quit." First time I tried my firewall would not allow the install the program and the installer did not give me the option let me deal with the firewall problem. I dealt with the firewall and now that is the error I get. I tried deleting the download installer program and tried again, same error. I reset windows and started again, same error.
