Unable to reinstall game on new computer

I just replaced my laptop and tried to install thee game and got the error "Multiple launches of this installer not allowed. It will now quit." First time I tried my firewall would not allow the install the program and the installer did not give me the option let me deal with the firewall problem. I dealt with the firewall and now that is the error I get. I tried deleting the download installer program and tried again, same error. I reset windows and started again, same error.

Please try closing any programs that you don't need open when running the install. In addition, please make sure you are installing the latest version of the launcher from your account profile page. You can also try the install while in a selective startup.
