Can the mods set a limit to how many threads someone can make in a 24 hour period please.......Im trying hard to follow the forums guidelines about conduct, but the OP is making it hard not to get myself banned......
How would me making a thread get you banned? Also, I would kindly ask that you only post relevant discussion in my thread and forward any issues or questions regarding the community guidelines to the moderators.
^ as above @_Salty_ just report threads in breach of rules / duplicating other open ones / recently shut etc etc. Don't get frustrated.
Im not frustrated lol. Just having trouble biting my tongue lol
Salty, do you have any opinions regarding the training program or catch up mechanics?
I'd be very happy to see your ideas.
The catch up mechanics are fine as they are. You don't have to constantly try to change game mechanics with every thread you post.
Salty, some members have expressed the need for a training program. Do you agree with this?

Read a guide. Join a guild. Watch YouTube Videos. We live in the age of incredible access to information. Anything we want to know is literally at our fingertips.
The point of guilds is to teach new players and foster a strong community with a knowledgeable player base. Zos can't even balance their game, why put more on their plate.

Spot on @_Salty_ everything you have said in this thread is perfect.
@Knowledge you are trying to fix things that aren't broke. Guilds help people through dungeons, its an MMO. Players help players. Training programmes / tutorials dont help. There's a siege tutorial in Cyrodiil does it help people siege? No. Does the sailing prison prep people a 40k DPS pass? No.
Lets keep context here. People didn't create a thread about training programme they said it in response to you saying catchup is needed. They would prefer the later over the former is my take on the progress in this thread.
Personally most of this thread was covered in another recent catch-up thread so I feel its a duplicate conversation.
Forum training might be neededactually said that as a joke but typing it and seeing the recent spate of threads about duplicate issues, and responses it maybe wouldn't be a bad thing. It's hard sometimes to know how to respond.

I personally think the game balance is coming closer and closer to perfection. With the Psijic Order line, changes to classes and skills, I think Summerset will bring us even closer.

We need better tutorials/tips for how to do an end-game DPS rotation, healers get good buff/debuff/heals uptime, and tanks who can taunt, debuff and CC. And that's not even touching the steep PVP learning curve.
Without better training and tutorials, catch up mechanisms create CP 720 players with no freaking clue how to play.
VaranisArano, doing things like gathering mage books for your ten different characters isn't going to teach you how to play.

I wish they made the Undaunted passives only effective when inside a dungeon, delve or trial. That would finally make people stfu about it.

By completing each tier you get a role appropriate weapon similar to the prophet weapons you get while leveling. These weapons become the base line entry level equipment for vet dungeons.
I believe they have that in World of Warcraft too. Thanks for your submission.

Since Dumb Tamriel, most of this game has been reduced to beginner level. If they make it easier to get the only thing really slightly useful in this game, CP , then they might as well give you a fully levelled , max CP character out of the proverbial box.

Maybe some of the trials and veteran dungeons should be made a little bit easier. They do this in FFXIV every few patches to older content.

The dungeons and trials have had guides up for months and they already get easier with the cp and gear creep. If hm is too hard regular vet is there for them. It's called HARD mode. If veteran is too hard normal is there for them, it's for VETERANS

Would you say Fungal Grotto I Veteran Hard Mode is Hard?

For some players yes, I see them die plenty of times to the red no matter how many warnings you give them. It's good for an introduction to hard modes and to expect punishing mechanics like one shots
