Three Bugged Quests in Auridon
Yesterday I ran into three bugged quests in Auridon, and I really hope they're being fixed soon? Can we get an estimate or a heads up on if you are working on it?

- Frog Race in Skywatch
- Blessings of the Eight (the shrine with the bonfires/fire rod, no interaction possible)
- The quest with the Oblivion Portals (not possible to enter/close them)

I get that there are buggy things when an MMO launches, but it would be nice if ZOS posted on Facebook or Twitter if the quests are actually being fixed, and when we can expect them to work.

Xael✭✭✭✭✭I am pretty sure it's not the quests themselves but rather (what seems to be) a megaserver issue. Quests have been bugging out like this since for the past 8 months of beta testing.
When you zone over to Grahtwood you will see the same issues with other high pop areas. Hell one of the intro quests to this area is currently bugged. Of course though you see the typical mysticism being pandered "Dude clear the area so we can respawn it!" ad nauseum. In fact 2 of the Dark Anchors in Auridon have been bugged since around 7pm EST. The areas are completely empty, so you can scratch that myth about an empty area resetting itself (not that anyone here is saying that).I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...0 -
Bunk✭✭✭ZOS really needs to get on these bugs. Quests have been impossible to complete since day one. We're not stress testing anymore, these things should be hotfixed the moment anyone catches a whiff of a bug.idiot1 -
I agree Bunk, it's also very odd that it hasn't been adressed by ZOS. I've sent a message to them in the in-game customer service about these quests, but they haven't messaged me back. I'm mainly a PvE player, so I want to finish these quests before I leave Auridon, just to get the pace of the story and the game right.ZOS really needs to get on these bugs. Quests have been impossible to complete since day one. We're not stress testing anymore, these things should be hotfixed the moment anyone catches a whiff of a bug.

relog works on blessing on the fire bit, not great but at least it gets it done.0 -

Blessings of the Eight - relog and the items you need to interact with on the ground will reset. I completed that quest with no issue after relogging.
Oblivion Portals - Same thing, relog. Once I relogged, the portals showed up just fine and I completed the quest.
Frog race - has been bugged for months, countless beta testers submitted tickets. Abandon the quest, move on and hope some day Zenimax is able to fix the issue.0 -

These quests were fine the last couple days for the 5 day early access. They were also fine during the PTS which had a fraction of the players on it.
If the basic technology around which the whole game is built cannot handle the game being successful then that's not a 'just', it's an OMG!
But yesterday evening and this morning I've had totally smooth play sessions including quests that used to be heavily bugged. Let's hope they are getting a handle on things because when things are smooth this is a fantastic game and I'd hate for curious gamers to be put off.
