Public Dungeon Icons

Can Summerset get 2 icons for the public dungeons? As it stands, I highly doubt anyone knows that Karnwasten (i think thats what its called) is situated on the northern tip of the island. I sure didn't until I went up there to see why there was a lone wayshrine. Also the wayshrine up there says "Veyond Wyte Wayshrine" and not Karnwasten. Not sure what Veyond Wyte is, but I don't think it's a public dungeon.

Everything has to be discovered. At least there is a wayshrine that lured you there and then you saw the dungeon on your compass.
Eastmarch has a dolmen way out in the boonies that I had to go looking for when I needed it for the achievement or the fighter's guild daily.

People expect this and the map has a legend that tells you what the icons mean so you can figure out it is a public dungeon.

Wrong @Mystrius_Archaion , maybe I didn't make myself clear but I didn't see any icon for a dungeon on my compass. I'm not an idiot (or a new player...not that those are interchangeable mind you), I know what a public dungeon map marker is and looks like. I'm saying that one on the north end of the island doesn't have one.

Edit: I'm there in game right now, and I can confirm that when standing at the wayshrine, there's nothing on the compass in any direction. No public dungeon, no quest marker, nothing.

I think that is the back entrance, to the east of Karnwasten, the one with the map marker should be on the other, west side of the public dungeon.

I did see a marker on my compass when I approached the wayshrine on the NW coast there.

Either way, you say you are not new to the game yet ask for these dungeons to be treated different than every other public dungeon you already know are the same exact way. Do you remember going to The Lion's Den on the west side of The Rift? That's out of the way so far you don't see it on your compass until in the quest area nearby.

The only places that have icons that you can see from farther away than nearby, and only on the map FYI, are actual instanced dungeons and trials for 4-12 people and only because they can be ported to from anywhere in the world.

So, the answer I should have given you was "No, learn to play", but I chose to explain why they didn't do that to try to teach what you obviously have not learned yet rather than just be "snarky".
