Today, after getting my last Buoyant Armiger, I got all current existent books in the game.

All Crafting Motifs, all Eidetic Memory and all Shalidor's Library (lorebooks).

A total of 3653 books.

Now I'm getting prepared for Summerset's books. :)

    Congratulations. This is an accomplishment on par with the Monster Trophies.

    Too bad there is no Achievement.


    I do have to ask, did you get all the books during the quests, or did you have to come back after and try to get them after some of the quests were done?

    Talking about Eidtetic Memory; let's say I got 75% while questing and the rest needed to come back to find/get them.

    Also had to wait a lot until ZOS fixed some bugged/unreachable books.

    Some, yes, but for a lot of time in the past years, I did a lot of overland dailies, my girlfriend helped with missing motifs and current anniversary event helped a lot with trading (I did dailies with 10 characters for the past two weeks and got hundreds of motifs to trade).

    Well done on the grind over all grinds. I think this even beats Master Angler. Now you can relax and take a break from the game, knowing that your OCD won't force you into the game any time soon :smile:

    You mean the ones behind enemy faction gates? If so, your faction need to take the keeps near the gates and so, when the gates are opened, you take the opportunity to ride to their lands and grab those books.

    Colonel Mustard, on PC, with a candlestick addon. Man, I miss addons. There's no way I'd get every book on console.

    Still, that's a lot of books. Even with addons (even more impressive if you didn't use one), good stuff. Seriously. +10 more points if you actually read all of them.
