Quest changing as you talk to new people

As I am working on a quest, I stop and talk to someone and picks up another quest changing the one I was working on. I had to keep changing it back to the quest I was working on

    This is intended, you can see in the patch notes.
    "New quests will now be automatically tracked as they are picked up."

    I happen to be out right now, does it say anything in the patch notes about an option to turn that off?

    There should be a toggle. Probably in Gameplay.

    This needs an off switch
    I may pick up quests as I pass NPC but usually I want to complete the one I set as tracked, unless the new one is also in the same area

    Toggle for this would be awesome. Super frustrating to have to keep changing active quest. Along those lines, Cycle Focused Quest doesn't appear to be functioning. Verified that I had the correct keybind button, but focus doesn't change when pressed.

    Yeah this is super annoying, I don't know why they think its ok to implement changes like that.

    I am using an addon to do this :) For me this is a great change... people are different, so I agree, they should make it toogleable.
