Ald Velothi & Amaya Lake Lodge -- Becoming notable?

Not sure if this question has appeared elsewhere in the PTS forum but it popped up in the housing section.
It is mentioned in the patch notes that they have "moved the Redoran Manor and Hlaalu Manor from the 'Classic' to 'Notable' house category in the Crown Store". But at least currently on the PTS, they are still listed as Classic and retain their original price as well as item limits.
So presuming this is just a simple oversight and will be fixed soon, does upgrading their status mean:
1. an increase in price?
2. an increase in item limits? (to 700 with ESO Plus)
700 items for Amaya Lake Lodge seem fair given its large size, but with that many available slots, Ald Velothi can become one of the most detailed houses available now.
Does anyone have any idea?

Also the Redoran home is really small, I don't know how it could become notable house with 700 slots...0 -
