I've always wondered about the set "Kagrenac's Hope" though. I mean, we all know who Kagrenac is, the most known high priest/craftlord/tonal architect/artificer of the Dwmeri people, and the one who was - perhaps - responsible for the disappearance of the Dwemer race due to using his tools on the Heart of Lorkhan.

But what is his hope? What is he hoping for? He doesn't strike me as a particular hopeful fellow. It's just one of those names that boggles me a bit.

Hmm. Taking a wild stab in the dark here, but judging by what the set does- making it easier/more rewarding to resurrect an ally- maybe it has something to do with the Dwemer obsession with transcending the mortal plane and essentially becoming gods. That could translate into basically, researching and hoping for a method of transcending death (hence, the emphasis on resurrection).

Like I said, that's just a total guess, but there's my two cents.

No, but it's not even what it means. The latin word for house is domus. Domi is an adverb and means "at home". Therefore, Domihaus means "at home house"

I always took Domi to be shortened from Dominus. So Domihaus would be a portmanteau meaning “Master of the house”
