I am curious of the possibility or the policy of getting a refund for a faulty, non-functional game?

I am not asking for one, I am asking about the policy.

    Rofl... send them an email trolling forums with an inacurate comment is only going to start a forum war which will just cause problems. The game Isnt non functional or broken, if you don't like it, you don't like it. But bashing it is pointless because you're just wrong point blank and it won't help you get an answer any faster. Respond how you how you want. I won't even look at this pointless thread ever again. But to answer your question yeah they would probably refund you of you emailed them.

    Actually it is non-functional, most quest are broken preventing me from progressing, when I jump I teleport to the sky in random locations, sometimes I just float there sometimes I fall to my death. Last time I fell to a new location with higher level enemies. I am not asking for a refund, I am asking about the policy in case I want to at a later date, say in the next couple of days.

    edit: And I erased all my preorder gear when I deleted my first character.

    If im not sure bout some huge game investment i always pay with credit card,its much easier to get ur money back ..1 phone..2 papers to sign,no lawyers,no mailing and convincing bout ur rights.Did that only 2 times in my life but better that way than being rick-rolled by some greedy slackers and live with that in ur mind.About eso...i would actually give em a day and see if things get on right track ie.so we can actually log in without 5 errors and play at last.

    Don't be so quick to jump ship! This MMO is in its infancy still, plenty of time for improvements. Or, you know...leave.

    I admit its hard to play right now but I dont think its worth a refund.

    I've explored characters in all three factions. The quests I encountered that were broken no longer are. They got them fixed quickly. Otherwise I'm only having issues getting booted. I would say if someone wanted to go that route they would need to before a lot of the fixes come out. But I don't see the point personally
