Dismounting Bug?

When I was riding through Alinor on a template character, my character kept getting dismounted at irregular intervals while outside. This did not happen while on the road from Shimmerene to Alinor.
Also, while on a pre-existing toon, he was dismounted while near the wayshrine outside Fort Sphinxmoth in Reaper's March.
I don't know how prevalent this bug is, or what's causing it, but just figured I'd point it out in case devs aren't already aware of it

I was riding through Stonefalls this morning and casting Rapids or swapping weapons would dismount my template character.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭actualy just came in to make a post about that as well. casting retreating maneuver - dismounted me each time every time. please please tell me its a bug and not intended? @ZOS_GinaBrunodirty worthless casual.
