[BUG] Jewelry Crafting - Infused

Infused is not working as intended for all glyphs. Example provided below for potion cool down enchant.

Potion time reduction:

Base 5 seconds
Infused 60% should be 8 seconds
and x3 for 24 seconds

*** BUG ***

Infused is multiplying the 60% x3 and stacking so

3x Infused cooldown = 14 seconds for a total of 42 seconds

I believe that happens with cost reduction aswell - under 1000 cost for pulse should not be possible.

I will update the op, it should state all enchants infused works on lol .. but i specifically chose the potion cooldown since it was allowing for effects to stack

This has to be fixed. Tested it on vAS with Argonian dk. It's kinda impossible to die unless you ask for it. It was funny tho

Powerful on weapon damage glyph and others like resistance. Cost reduction and recovery.
