Are housing PLAYER caps being increased? (Screenshots inside)

So, I noticed something interesting about the new Summerset houses... the population cap for both is set at 1000.

I know it was apparently confirmed somewhere that furnishing caps aren't being increased for Summerset, but since you've been making performance improvements to how players load and stuff like that, is there any possibility at all we will be seeing player caps in the future?

That's probably a bug. The limit on players should be much lower to match current live houses.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. I'd love to have large events in houses. However I want confirmation before I get excited

I'd think it possible if it was doubled to 48 or something, but jumping to 1000 makes me think bug.

And yeah, I would assume the 1,000 isn't accurate... but the fact it's bigger *could* be an indication they are stress testing... maybe.

It has to be a bug. I don't think even Cyrodiil has a population cap of 1000.

Perhaps it is like a stress test thing to see what the practical limits might be?

Saying that this one wonders if we should all arrange to meet for drinks at someone's house just to see ...
