STILL CANNOT LOGIN AFTER SERVER MAINTENANCE!

Yshaar, the problem described EXACTLY as happens would be the following:
1) I type in correct login information
2) I press 'play'
3) game tells me I entered incorrect information.
4... you tell me where I went wrong?

i have this EXACT issue. FURTHERMORE, both me AND this guy are on this website, signifying our log in info is actually CORRECT and NOT INcorrect.0 -
SueGale✭✭I had this issue Sunday most of the day. But then my account was only showing Beta Access. ESO support said it was something to do with a lag between payment and it showing up on the account. Around 9pm eastern early access showed up on my account and I could log in just fine. I played that evening and yesterday. This evening, I am getting the incorrect login information message again. I checked my account and it still shows early access. Not sure what is up.

SueGale✭✭Well, not sure what happened between last post and now, but just tried logging in again and it went through without a hitch! Very odd. Oddly, it does show a friend as online though he is not. I know he is still at work. hehe

I have the same problem, I played for 2 days just fine, didn't buy any gold, didn't break ToS. I don't get why they can't update us on the situation...this is obviously a widespread problem.0

iAisu✭Restart your computer? Shut it down and turn it on again?
I'm not sure. It's not such a widespread problem actually. Many people are online right now playing without a hitch. Try resetting your password again if needed. I wouldn't recommend uninstalling and re-installing the game since it would take so long. Contact customer support here:

iAisu✭Whenever you have any type a problem from now on in-game, try /bug for future reference. Just to let you know.
