No, very bad idea. The devs said they didn't want gear in the crown store, and this would have the same effect. This idea is almost as bad as say, allowing someone to troll the forums endlessly for a monthly crown fee.
I think they should reverse the 'bound' status of dungeon gear completely as it has been seriously detrimental to the game.
People used to talk about the gear they could buy in the guild stores and how good it was etc, it was a topic of conversation and an economy.
People who didn't like dungeons could still wear that gear and enjoy enhanced game play.
I've heard that its really really hard to get teams together for trials and some of the harder vet dungeons now, so all that elite gear is just sitting around wasted and not being used... what is the point of this?
Good players were once rewarded for running vet content as they could sell elite gear for much gold, this doesn't happen anymore.
But this could also have something to do with ZOS restricting the amount of gold in the game, in favour of pushing people towards crown store purchases...
How about we stop with suggesting anything and everything on the Crown $tore, that place is becoming a cancer to the game and with the monetization that is becoming the norm not the exception is starting to wear thin. New motif pages locked behind Crown Crates, houses locked behind crowns, new dungeon boss styles locked behind crowns. Stop with Crown $tore everything. Seriously, all you need is a credit card and you too can have everything.
No, because you'd be suggesting a situation that allows someone with more of a financial standing to "pay" for access to items that could be sold or moved around vs playing the content.

This is the most terrible idea I've seen on the forums in-- you know, I'm going to stop saying that, because something always somehow manages to top it lol.
Bound means bound. Period. Not "bound unless you throw your wallet at us then jk."
