Blaze & Ragebinder

So today i have been logging on and off trying to hit an instance in which the spawning triggers for these are not bugged. I logged in in the morning, started some research, went questing, and since then i am relogging. I got lucky an found a working Blaze that just has been summonend, but no luck on ragebinder. I see dozens of people doing the same, in every instance there are many people appearing and disappearing. I tried porting to a wayshrine and coming back, i logged out for some hours, hoping that there would maybe a server restart . Now my free time is almost half over and i have just logged on and off- an made half a level from opening the chests that others ignored.
Can't you just restart the server please?
It gets worse and worse, more and more people are just stuck relogging, hoping for ragebinder/blaze to work, and i read that the follow up (which i could do fine last beta) is bugged to. I just talked my brother into buying yesterday- and now i wonder if that was a good idea, that issue is not new, i estimated it to be solved already.

1) You can skip this and quest other places... the only thing it prevents is this chain up to encasing Balreth (or however you spell his name)

2) Fixes I have found that worked.... 1st charc logged in and out about 15-20 times until entered a phase where it was working .... 2nd charc, had 3 guild mates and I logging in and out (about 3-5 times) until one of us was in a phase where it was working... then we partied up real fast and everyone used the "travel to player" to get in that phase

While (1) may be a valid answer for some, in cases where the player's main goal is playing through the story of a questline, skipping all the ones that are bugged leaves an experience that is shot through with holes.

This may not be game-breaking in that there are other ways for a character to progress, but if leveling is a distant second to story for a player, it is certainly enjoyment-breaking.

Agreed @tanek‌ and I also agree they should and need to be fixed... but in the meantime so a person isn't just sitting their going... well what do I do now.... I offer that solution

My husband and i just finished this quest. We were able to summon Blaze and Ragebinder, then defeat and contain Balreth. However, we're stuck in Ash Mountain because the return portal isn't working. Hopefully, logging out and back in will set us free.

But I have to say it was was a lot of fun being able to do this much of the quest after all the months in beta when it didn't work at all.

It is an important quest line, so it would be nice to get this fixed.
Fortunately, it seems one of only a few broken quests so far.

I had a problem getting Blaze to spawn as well and I also did relog approximately 15 times before it worked. Quite annoying, but I was pleased to be able to continue on that quest line.

Some people were able to get Blaze to work with fewer (or no) relogs, so if you're in a determined mood to get it to work, I'd suggest the continuous relog strategy (unless they fix it, of course

)
