UI Error everytime in skills

Every time i try to change one of my skills i get a UI Error which will not allow me to change a skill from 1 i have unlocked.
Telling me attempt to access a private function from a insecure code it has become untrusted ?
So i am stuck with the skills on my bars and can not change them.
