The Tactician CP passive says that it only procs off of Roll Dodge in the tooltip, yet procs on all sources of dodge, such as Evasion buffs. This, combined with the Exploiter CP passive, means that builds with these two passives (basically every stam build at max CP) will have a almost permanent uptime on Off Balance and 10% extra damage on opponents in PVP.

It's an issue now with raising CP caps meaning everybody has the Tactician passive unlocked whereas before few did.ＦＯＲＵＭＰＬＡＲ

Kronuxx✭✭✭✭This has been going on for a while. I do think it needs to be addressed though because being able to passively dodge (anything that grants evasion; it doesn't have to be shuffle) and proccing the Tactician passive without consuming stamina is a little silly. In fact, you don't have to technically consume stamina. This also works with the NB skill Mirage. Honestly, it's a broken CP passive. ✭As a user of this passive, I agree. It is a bit too strong. They should tie it to the active roll dodge rather than the passive one indeed. Yet, you have to give up last stand if you want some extra healing from blessed, but this is becoming less and less true every patch due to the increase in max cp. Maybe ZoS could think of increasing the points necessary to reach each passive in each tree? Just to avoid potentially op stuff like this in the future0
