How to access hidden Summerset Forum?

So i heard that those who participated in the Morrowind Beta will NOT be receiving email codes for the Summerset beta, Rather we can just log into PTS and play. My question is, If we will not be receiving an email then how will be access the forum?

they are doing things a lil differently from the morrowind beta, there wont be a new subforum. instead they are going to hide the PTS from anyone who is not logged in0 -
