Hello,
Please would you please fix this quest? Tons of people can't do it. Ragebinder is not summoning and there is no way to summon it by doing the tips you say when emailing you. Please take a look at this quest because there is a chain later that you can't follow.

Rantolo✭✭✭✭1) You can skip this and quest other places... the only thing it prevents is this chain up to encasing Balreth (or however you spell his name)
2) Fixes I have found that worked.... 1st charc logged in and out about 15-20 times until entered a phase where it was working .... 2nd charc, had 3 guild mates and I logging in and out (about 3-5 times) until one of us was in a phase where it was working... then we partied up real fast and everyone used the "travel to player" to get in that phase0 -
