Off balance was changed on bosses to 15 secs cool down.
Nightblades are in fashion too so you are doing something wrong.

There have also been reports of unexplained magicka drain/slow regen, not sure if these are still occurring. By the way, If your NB is a Dunmer you could consider double inferno for the current meta if you're not using it already. Mechanical Acuity is also very popular.

AhI hope it's the Champion system. I'll check on those! Thank you for your help.

Yeh, it's not as advantageous as it was before to put 75 points in thaum for opportunist, I think I have 40 now ? don't remember.
I'm still using a lightning staff, because RNGesus hasn't been kind to me and I don't have a vMA inferno still, but dual inferno is the current meta for magblyats.
Also there were some changes to relentless focus as well IIRC, it's slightly slower to register the proc, so you have to wait for a second between the 5th light attack and assassin's will, or you risk recasting it.
Hope this helps.

Ah thanks for the info!
But I don't get this.

So does it mean, if I hit 4x I have to wait 1 second and hit again for the 5th to trigger Assassins Will? That's messed up.

No, you do your rota, for instance, LA - Blockade - LA - Cripple - LA - Trap - LA - Path, that's 4 Light Attacks, then after you do the last Light Attack (the 5th) you need to proc, you give it a second to make sure the 5th LA procced the bow. The delay is between the 5th LA and the bow proc.
I'm not sure if it was a change from Dragon bones, but since the update, I noticed this happening, doing my usual rotation I would recast focus instead of shooting the bow much more often than before. Then again, it may just be lag.

Ah thanks for the tip! I am going to focus on this. May require to chang my rotation (speed) but thanks for the info!

Ofc, see what works for you, 1s may be even too long, see what the optimal delay is, just keep in mind there's a micro delay between the last light attack (the 5th) and the proc, if you hit it too soon it will recast it instead of shooting the bow.
I noticed this after focus was modified to remember the stacks between casts. Now if it runs out with 3 stacks, you can just recast it and just keep going, but I suspect the additional calculation slowed it a bit.
If someone is asking for help, be nice to them and explain things. This game is not easy with builds and bonuses/buffs when you have taken a break and things change.
Stating someone is overreacting is not going to be useful at all. Glad to see some people helping
I would help but I would offer noob advice as just getting into NB's myself.
