cant interact with anything???

Hello all so logging in was smooth watched the video just fine and went to the character creation and made my character just fine. Now that I'm in the prison I cant interact with anything it says to press E but it doesn't do anything.
I finally got the prophet to appear but I cant talk to him to complete the quest if I press E he doesn't do anything if I don't move for a while (times vary) usually 5mins it will start the convo but I then I cant get any father clicking on the chat does nothing. any help?

Kinsaven✭✭✭I think the server is having some lag issues at the moment. I get this as well, and often soon after I get disconnected with an 'Unknown error' message. I'm able to log back in after that just fine, but often after another 5 minutes the same thing happens all over again.0 -
I'm having this issue on and off even after the prison. I play for a bit and then i cant open boxes, talk to npc, attack or fish0
