The combat system.
Putting balance aside, it's engaging and active making to do more than just root in place and run a 20 skill rotation constantly.
The requirements to block attacks (manticora), place yourself in specific locations (zaan) etc. really keeps you alert and engaged more than some MMO games.
Orsinium, Nightblades (except for the change to agony, and the upcoming changes to dark cloak, strife, and dark shades), Music, storytelling, lore, combat, graphics, and lots of other stuff!

Here's mine: matchmaking with friends in this game is dead simple. I was playing a lot of Monster Hunter: World recently, and it struck me how unnecessarily convoluted the matchmaking in that game is. You can easily group up and travel to a player's instance in this game, which is something I really appreciate. Thank you, ZOS, for making the experience stress-free.
