Used to, back when max level of it was 50 and it was called akatosh's blessed armor. Got nerfed because no fun police, and it was too easy.
Now that I think about it, the finder should have kept it secret, since it wasn't technically an exploit either, just overpowered.

The only reason people dont use it in open world as much is because AoEs are very prevalent to killing mass groups.
But if you are soloing you will stomp anyone outside gank groups who hit you faster than you can proc the set.
The set allows you to also ignore all AoEs and CC's while it procs on the person hitting you

You do understand the set only procs on one player at a time? Meaning it is completely useless if you are fighting more then one, as you will only be making one of the group miss their attacks, half the time.

Oh summerset lmao
The set is still a bit useless outnumbered though. Its just a pure Xv1/1v1 cheese set.

Obviously
and 5 seconds later it can proc on anyone else. Unless you are literally doing nothing and standing there looking stupidly at the ground, it's impossible not to see the utility of this. Being immune to all damage and all CC every 5 seconds with a 33% chance proc in another 5 seconds.

Oh summerset lmao
this from the same guy who demanded the set be nerfed back in january
my main tank uses the meridia set, and has since last summer.
i avoid pvp like the plague, and maybe there are “better” choices for pve gear but this loadout has not failed yet:
5 meridia, 5 warrior poet, 2 swarm mothers OR 2 sentinel of rutabaga, all purple gear and enchants.
as a nord templar tank, i like the stam recovery and resistances from meridia.
the 5 piece bonus helps with stamina resource management, even though it works on one non-boss enemy at a time (if they miss i dont have to spend stamina to block) and as a templar, this is welcome because every little bit helps and it doesnt take away from something else.
i did use plague doctor before and it is great, but i like warrior poet better. you get almost the same health bonus but with lots more extra resistances. i still have 38K health with warrior poet but as a tank i welcome more damage mitigation.
swarm mothers gives more precious stam regen and gives us the DK chains skill for free. as a templar this is really good.
sentinal of rutabaga procs quite often because i keep ritual of retribution on the ground, use vigor when needed for me or a nearby ally, and use repentance when things die .it isnt tons of healing, but it does help the healer out a bit because he can focus on the dps players and when the sentinel procs, everyone benefits.
if any stamina templar tanks wants to see the build i just might share it

So one guy misses half the attacks. Then when you are fighting two? 3? 4? You see that the set just scales very poorly.
Fuckit going to be a rootspamming lingering health, zaan, and blessed zergling for BGs next patch.
