Can't log into support

Typing through PS4 is difficult so I thought I would just go online to fill out a support ticket. I have all the correct information, but when I click Log In, nothing happens. It's as if I'm just clicking some blank spot on the webpage. I'm not in game so I'm totally blanking on what to do.
