Billed multiple times

So I preordered the imperial edition, like I'm assuming most everyone did. In a moment of herp-derpness, I entered my address wrong 3 times for the billing information before I was able to enter it properly. Unfortunately, it charged me for all 4 times, and while I enjoy the game, I don't think it's worth $320. I sent a ticket on saturday and I was told that it would be sent to the proper department to be handled. The problem hasn't been solved yet, but it's only monday so I'll give them some time before I start stressing out. What I'm wondering is if there's anyone else here that's run into this problem, and if so, how long it took for them to fix it.

    I think i just did the same thing. My account hasn't been charged officially but my available balance is over $160 off what it should be.
    I went through paypal to get the final purchase. Bank account is still way off.

    Once they realize the mistake and respond it can take up to 4-6 business days for the money to go back into your bank account.

    I was just about to post a thread regarding this too. I've been charged twice and I have a friend who was charged nine times... So far the customer service is really starting to bother be and the system being used for everything is upsetting.
