Also, there's an NPC in a tavern in Hew's Bane that if you fail at pick-pocketing him he turns into a bloody werewolf and comes at you!
I'm as gay as they come, but what got me about that story was it was so touching to see two dirty old smelly fellers being all communicative, melancholic and sweet about their love, such a beautiful romantic story. It was a double whammy, old geezers getting gushy is as sweet as the LGBT bit. And did I shed a tear, you bet I did, wonderful writing.Reminds me of a small little quest I just happened upon in AD back when I was on PC. Just a random side quest, pick it up and do it 'cuz I'm bored, right? Well, I start it, and it turns out a male elf was making some sort of a tribute for his lover (another male, by the way). The quest was short, but while I was completing it I found it just really touching, just a cute little bit of world building in the middle of nowhere, and something that hit home particularly much for me (I'm bi, and you don't often see that kind of non-political representation in games, even though it's gotten a good amount better since ESO was first released).
There was another AD quest about a Khajiit and and elf along similar lines, and I can't even count the Morrowind quests that had me just enjoying them and their stories. I felt like I was back playing my first TES game again for the first time. That (and the character customization) is why I still play ESO.

There are a lot of complains and negative threats on the forums, including ones I made myself. But instead of doing that, I want to have one where we appreciate the little things we expierenced or discovered in ESO. I came across this little guy the other day, such a sad sight.
What little things have you come across that you loved or share some good moments you've had here, I'd really like to see/ hear them!Lets try to keep this threat possitive and fun, so no flaming and complaining please!

One night I looked up at the heavens asking God to please just send me a sign that he was ok.
Went back indoors and started playing some ESO to take my mind off it.
Not 5 mins into the game Eat-Eats comes running over to me, and I was left in tears with joy.

I'm very sorry to hear that. They look really alike! I lost two of my cats in the last month, one got hit by a car (he was 2 years old), and the other had to be put to sleep as she was dying from a heart failure after being with us for 15 years. Losing a pet is always hard. Now I have a little cat following me around is ESO.
The both of them:

Just one more example: I once met a guy in the woods in Cyrodiil, who was cheating on three ladies at once, and they all got friends with each other and sent the guy packing. I laughed so hard!
Ah I had the greatest moment i have ever had in an MMO a couple years back.
This was when Werewolf was unknown and Ign ran articles about the form, how everyone wanted it, people pretending to sell and scamming other players and every rare time somebody transformed into a werewolf everyone went "WOW A WEREWOLF!"'
So me and my friends were questing one evening and a guy says in chat "leaving in 30 minutes. selling WW bite." At that time they went for at least 40k or higher per bite. I was level 20 ish who only quested and had around 2500 gold. 'What the heck' i thought and offered him the money. After 5 minutes he messaged me and said i was the highest bidder and where to meet up. WHOOOOOAH I ACTUALLY HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO BECOME A WEREWOLF!! I told my friends "i have to go fix my gear, be back in a bit".
I do the whole WW intro quest (greatest quest in the game so far btw) and meet up with my friends after that and start one of the daily dungeons. We fight like normal and go about our business when suddenly i start to write in the chat "guys.. I think my guy is sick." They thought what a stupidly weird thing to say and ignored the message and continue to push the enemies. "Guys hold up. My guy is sick." "What on earth are you talking about? He looks normal."
"But LOOK AT HIM"
they stop. Look. "What do you mean?"
"he is all weird like..." AND I PUSH THAT R BUTTON AND TRANSFORM INTO A WEREWOLF! AND JUMP STRAIGHT INTO ENEMIES AND START EATING.
The chat filled up with DAAAAYYYYYYYUUUUM and WOOOOW and HAHAHAHAHA!
Being a werewolf in the early days was a ridiculously fun experience. when it was so unknown and the reactions everyone got when they finally saw one. Man those were the days.
The article from IGN.. Wow it is from 2014? Time flies
