How would you suggest a CM help? I don't mean to be rude, but it seems doubtful someone would give you a free month just because you asked for it (although I have seen stranger things).

How should I word the title that it is clear that I need a CM help to allow me to purchase something?

There's a concierge service, I just don't know how to access it. Jessica Folsom posted about it back in August.

could say " I would like to purchase ESO+ for a friend, is there a way to do this?" ... that would make things a bit more clear

Thank you for clarifying. It is an option to go on their account, use your payment info, buy ESO+, remove your payment info from their account, and return their account (although sharing accounts and passwords is not recommended). Another option could be sharing with them your payment info (which I DEFINITELY do not recommend). Or of course, there is always the option of sending money through a service like paypal, and having your friend pay for it with the money from that (which is what I've done in the past). If there is a gifting option, this is the first I'm hearing of it.

Except I already know that there is a way to do this. Just the website has since been changed.

Account sharing is against TOS so no, I cannot do this within TOS.

I cannot 'go on' anyone else's account because it's against tos.

There is a service in place for this, but the website has since been reorganised whereas the post above hasn't been edited to reflect the currently correct directions.

This is why I've made a post in Customer Service, asking for a CM to assist with my customer service request.

It's not only not recommended, it's a bannable offence.

It may also be more clear if the title were to mention that you're gifting ESO+, rather than just trying to help someone get it in an unspecified way).

My point was that it is technically feasible. Again, for any impressionable youths out there, DO NOT ACCOUNT SHARE. Good now?
