I’m still waiting on a premium banker. I want guild store access.
if you're happy paying a monthly subscription regardless of the crown income. Not everyone wants to do that.

If you can’t afford it or choose not to afford.....then don’t buy one?
You want one, but at a price you set in your mind.

I'm only saying that £25 is way too much for a single assistant.

What does being on console have to do with anything.........?
Because they pay for everything. Including online access, expensive games and mods. And then they say "thank you".
Uhm... I am on PC. I pay for my online access, expensive games and such. And I am grateful that someone made this nice game.
Your point is...?
yeah, but you don't pay for "PC Gold" on top of your internet acess just to play online, I bet you too take full advantage of ridiculous Steam Sales and I'm pretty sure you'd get a free Nexus mod over a ridiculously priced CC mod.
The point is that console gamers often seem happy to throw their money at stuff that we get for free, stuff that people shouldn't have to pay for.
PC hardware is more expensive but a lot of things we get are better and either cheaper or free. We're not as wasteful with our cash so to have a PC gamer defend such high prices of relatively cheap to make conveniences is shocking to me.

Use them a lot and glad i used the crowns on them.
not everyone wants to farm endlessly. A lot of people just wanna do the single player stuff in the few hours they have to spare after work.
Basically what you're saying is "it's great of you're just like me" :-/

nah Swtor had that little droid that you could also use to repair. You could purchase just for that character or pay a bit more for the full account which is now 26? characters, more if you purchased character slots. That droid was no where near the price of the merchant who incidentally CAN'T repair.

I'm a relatively new player with a full roster of low-level toons - each of them have a backpack the size of a scrib's brain. I want to be able to enjoy PvE content without having to leave the delve every five minutes, teleport home, find a bank, then use a wayshrine to return to the delve and become encumbered all over again. I waste hours of my real life as a shameless Elder Scrolls hoarder, all for the glory of my Crafting toon, who naps in Vivec City waiting for materials to roll in.
With the banker, I can delve, dump, and continue. No log-out-log-in game, waiting for the next ESO+ trial for a taste of that sweet sweet crafting bag. One $40 purchase, and I'm set.
That said, I have some suggestions for ZOS to make some improvements:
1. Allow us to at least re-name the guy, if not change his appearance/race/sex. One of my toons is a classic Nord racist and doesn't cotton to no dark elf glaring over his shoulders with his buggy red eyes. Shor's bones! But if he must look and sound as he does, can I at least re-name him as to make him my dunmer toon's friendly uncle Dalmir?
2. Many have said it before, but access to the guild bank would be much appreciated. I can see why they didn't include the Guild Store, because it gives players who bought the banker instant access to pretty much everything in the game, provided they joined the right trading guild. ESO goes out of its way to avoid the pay-to-win model and I appreciate it, but the Guild Banks can't be exploited any more than the in-game mail system can.
3. Good lord, this is over twice as expensive as the Dark Brotherhood DLC. I know I said the banker was worth it, but when I had to make that decision in the Crown Store, I died a little inside.
Hope this helps. If you're a new player, buying the banker will save you a lot of hassle in the middle of a dungeon, so I say it's worth it.
